This is a painting of a Pelican that was saved from an oil spill by Wildlife Rescue, a non-profit organization that provides emergency services to rescue wildlife in emergency situations. It was commissioned by Rebecca Dmytryk, CEO of the organization, for auction at their fundraiser. If the Pelican eyes can talk, it's saying "thank you".
